Barriers to Color Adoption-December 1992 (129 pages + appendices)
This study documents and analyzes perceived and actual
barriers to color adoption faced by mainstream business document producers.
It includes 216 interviews with respondents from a cross-section of business
types and sizes, segmented by application type (marketing/administration/production).
Involvement in purchase decisions and knowledge of documents used in the target
application were the requirements for participating in the study.
Barriers to Color Adoption includes an important second wave of interviews.
75 respondents were recruited to receive by mail a set of color print samples and
to respond by phone to a second interview.
